In these sessions of mindful and heart-centered listening, I facilitate your process of gaining insights which can help you to fulfil a life of service in balanced and inspiring ways. We do so by exploring together:
1.Your personality and your value systems and how you can become more congruent with your needs and wants;
2. Your search for meaning and purpose of life and how this can inform your decisions in everyday life.
3. Practical strategies to develop self-awareness, relational awareness, and emotional intelligence/agility.
How do we do this? By talking, writing, meditating, and experimenting with curiosity and playfulness some practices which you can implement at work/home.
*If you currently have a meditation practice and (or) are willing to establish one, I am here to support you processing what the awareness you gain in your practice brings into consciousness.
